thirteen municipal dial-a-ride contracts and three regional center transportation projects. Senior
project manager for the northeast valley Smart Shuttle project with the Los Angeles Department of
Transportation.

Developed corporate strategy for taxicab operations in San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
Developed business plan for franchise operations in Ontario later expanding operations to include
Ontario Yellow Cab. Currently Bell Cab operates approximately 100 cabs in San Bernardino and
