the Counci l hereby SVSTArNS the decision o[the Transportation and Parking Commission to
the granl lo Appellant a taxicab owner' s pelmit with the term of said pCJ1l1it to expire on
December 15, 20 13. The Council hereby continues the appeal until August 3, 2010 without
further public notice, and directs the C ity Altomey 10 prepare written Findings of fact consistent
with Counci l direction.
