In addition, City Cab has maintained an on time service ratio of over 88% (service within 15
minutes) in year 2008; and the same has improved to 91% in the first half of 2009. The
applicant's Statement of Public Convenience and Necessity is attached as Exhibit D.
Therefore, the applicant has satisfactorily met the requirements set forth in section 5.84.103
of the GMC with regard to public convenience and necessity for fifteen (15) vehicles.
G&S Transit Management, Inc. DBA City Cab has satisfied all Ihe conditions required per
Chapter 5.84 of the Glendale Municipal Code for an Owner's Permit to operate taxicab vehicle
service. Allhis time, slaff requesls approval of the attached motion findings for this operator.
