COMPANY VEmCLES
Operators of company vehicles are responsible for the safe operation and
cleanliness of the vehicle.
Accidents involving a company vehicle must be reported to the supervisor
immediately. Employees are responsible for any moving and parking violations
and fines, which an; within the control of the employee, which result when
operating a company vehicle.
Company vehicles may only be used for job-related travel if such travel is
approved in advance by the supervisor,
The use of seat belts in company vehicles is mandatory for operators, and is
mandatory for passengers when the company vehicle is equipped with
passenger seat belts.
PERSONAL TELEPHONE CALLS & MAlL

It is important to keep the telephone lines free for customer calls. Alll1augh the
occasional use of tile company's telephones for a personal emergency may be
necessary, routine personal calls should be kept to a minimum .
The company's address shall not be used for the receipt of personal mail unless
approved by management.
NATURAL DISASTERS
When natural disasters such as earthquakes, mudslides, noods, and fires occur
the-public and our clients rely on us, more than ever to do our job. It is imperative
that employees work with the company during these times to keep the company
informed of their whereabouts and ability to report for work. Except in severe
cases, employees are expected to work their regular hours. Time taken off due
to natural disasters while the business remains open is unpaid.
If extreme conditions require closing of the business, every attempt will be made
to notify each employee.
