renewnl or an owner's permit to operate taxicab service in the Cily of Glenda le and hrlVing had n
public hearing on the subject application, the TrnnspOl1ation & Paddng Com mission hereby
approves the application ofG&S Transit Management, Inc. DBA City Cab, 7955 San Fernm.1do
Road, SUIl Vn lley, CA 91352, for an owner's permit to operale lifieen (15) vehicles for faxicab
service in the City of Olen dale based upou the following ftndings:
1. To Ihe extent the ttpplicant has been required, the applicant hfls complied with all lel'nlS
and conditions of Title 5, Chapter 5.84 of the Glendale Municipal Code. 1995.
Up 10 this point Ihe applicant has met nil applicable requirements and has signed a
statement on Ihe application indicating fhal if approved they wiU comply with all
rcq\liremcnts, iucluding tbe eight-ycil l' vehicle age requirement.
2. Thc applicant has proven by a preponderance of the evidencc that public convcnicnce and
necessity requires the operation of the vehicles fot· which the permit npplication WflS mnde

Publie COllvcnience and necessity was demonstrated based on lettcrs of support
provided by thc applicant dUl'iug the pel'lni! review process.
3. Pursuant 10 Section 5.84.090.BA oflhe Glendale Municipal Code. 1995, the color
scheme, nmnc and insignia to be \lscd on the vehicle is not in conflict wi th those llsed by
any olher laxicnb vehicle service in Glcndalc.
4. The apemlot's permit shnll expire on De cclUbe~ 2013.
