The <strong>School</strong> District of Bruce, Ladysmith-Hawkins <strong>School</strong> District, and<br />
Weyerhaeuser Area <strong>School</strong> District have been fiscally well-managed<br />
organizations, though as a result of declining enrollment they have<br />
been forced—of necessity—to embrace increasing levels of<br />
cost/ineffectiveness.<br />
The <strong>School</strong> District of Bruce, Ladysmith-Hawkins <strong>School</strong> District, and<br />
Weyerhaeuser Area <strong>School</strong> District parents and patrons desire that<br />
quality, modern-day programs, services, teaching methodologies,<br />
delivery systems, organizational configurations, and teaching/learning<br />
processes be made available to the school district’s children and<br />
young adults.<br />
The <strong>School</strong> District of Bruce, Ladysmith-Hawkins <strong>School</strong> District, and<br />
Weyerhaeuser Area <strong>School</strong> District parents and patrons are<br />
committed to providing high-quality, cost/effective programs, services,<br />
staffing, methodologies, delivery systems, organizational<br />
configurations, and facilities that best meet the needs of the young<br />
people and adults served by the school districts.<br />
The <strong>School</strong> District of Bruce, Ladysmith-Hawkins <strong>School</strong> District, and<br />
Weyerhaeuser Area <strong>School</strong> District parents, patrons, and community<br />
leaders believe that their school district is the “centerpiece” of the<br />
area and essential to the vitality of their respective communities.<br />
The <strong>School</strong> District of Bruce, Ladysmith-Hawkins <strong>School</strong> District, and<br />
Weyerhaeuser Area <strong>School</strong> District parents and patrons will support<br />
improvements in and/or changes to the organization, components of<br />
