MA/BA +30: $29,932; MA + 18: $31,073; and MA + 18 (top): $47,100.<br />
The <strong>School</strong> District of Bruce’s health benefits were detailed as follows: full<br />
premium health benefits for all teachers.<br />
Ladysmith-Hawkins <strong>School</strong> District’s health benefits were detailed as<br />
follows: teachers receive 95% single/family health insurance (100% if one<br />
teacher is married to another employee).<br />
Weyerhaeuser Area <strong>School</strong> District’s health benefits were detailed as<br />
follows: teachers receive single or family health insurance benefits at 98%<br />
of quoted premium. Teacher voluntary retirement health benefits are<br />

District’s annual financial reports (audits) to ascertain long-term obligations<br />
to the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS), a cost-sharing, multi-employer<br />
defined benefit Public Employee Retirement System (PERS).<br />
