3.7 Referendum to Exceed Revenue Cap<br />

patrons a referendum to increase revenue for general operations or<br />
remodeling/new construction of school facilities. In April, 2008, residents of<br />
the <strong>School</strong> District of Bruce denied the organization authority to exceed the<br />
