Description/Source Information
Indicates whether the user is assigned to be an advisor for the
selected term.
Web user’s Oracle username.
The following fields are displayed in the Transcripts and Compliance Access section.
All Faculty
All Advisors
Advisor Must Enter Student
PIN
Advisor Type Control
Indicates that all faculty members have access to all
students’ transcripts and degree evaluations (compliances)
for the selected term.
Indicates that all advisors have access to all students’
transcripts and degree evaluations (compliances) for the
selected term.
Indicates whether the advisor can access a student’s
transcript or degree evaluation (regardless of relationship to
the advisor).
If Active is displayed in this field, the advisor can access a
student’s transcript or degree evaluation if the student
provides or enters his or her PIN.
If Not Active is displayed in this field, the advisor cannot
access any student’s transcript or degree evaluation.
Indicates whether advisor type checking has been enabled.
Note: If the Advisor Must Enter Student PIN field value is
Not Active, the advisor cannot access transcripts or
degree evaluations regardless of advisor type checking.
If Active is displayed in this field, the system will perform
advisor type checking to determine whether the advisor can
access a student’s transcript or degree evaluation.
If Not Active is displayed in this field, the system will not
perform advisor type checking the advisor can access a
student’s transcript or degree evaluation if he or she has been
assigned to the student.
