Web Page Fields Item Must Pass Include in Midterm or Final Incomplete Scores Midterm Final Record Student ID Student Name Description/Source Information Indicates whether the student must earn a passing grade for the component to pass the class. Indicates whether the component is to be calculated in the midterm grade (M) or the final grade (F). Number of students for whom marks have not yet been entered for the component. Cutoff date for entering midterm grades. Cutoff date for entering final grades. System-generated record number assigned to the student. Student’s Banner ID. Student’s name, last name first, displayed as a hyperlink to the View Student Addresses and Phones page (bwlkosad.P_FacDispAddrView).
