Day(s) the class meets.
Location where the class meets.
Beginning and ending dates of the class.
The dates are calculated based on the start or end date that
the student specified when registering for the class.
Schedule type associated with the course.
Instructor name assigned to the student at the time the
registration was processed. The last name prefix is
displayed, if applicable.
If the instructor has entered office hours via Faculty and
Advisor Self-Service, the name is displayed as a hyperlink to
the Office Hours page
(bwskoffh.p_display_office_hours).
An e-mail icon (web_email.gif) is displayed to the right of
the instructor's name, providing students with a means to e-
mail the primary instructor. The e-mail address of the
primary instructor is retrieved based on the e-mail type that
is marked as preferred, active, and available for Web display
on the E-mail Address Form (GOAEMAL) for that
instructor.
The following fields are displayed in the Office Hours section, which is displayed only if
the instructor has entered the class’s office hours for in Faculty and Advisor Self-Service.

Beginning and end times of the instructor’s office hours for
this class.
Days of the instructor’s office hours for this class.
Telephone number where the instructor can be reached
during office hours for this class. This includes the country
code and the area code for the telephone number.
Location where the instructor can be located during office
hours for this class.
Start and end dates that the office hours are in effect.
