Last date the student attended class.
When the last date of attendance is required for specific
grades as defined on SHAGRDE, and those grades are
entered without also entering the last date of attendance, an
error is displayed on the page stating that the grade
submission has been rejected, and the last date of attendance
must be entered in the Last Attend Date field.
This processing is optional and is used when the Last
Attendance Date Ind and the Web Ind checkboxes are
checked for the grade code rule on SHAGRDE.
Number of hours the student attended class.
Sequence number assigned to the student.
To the right of this field, an e-mail icon is displayed so that
the instructor can contact the student via e-mail. The e-mail
address of the student is retrieved based on the e-mail type
that is marked as preferred, active, and available for Web
display on the E-mail Address Form (GOAEMAL) for that
student.

Description
If you want final grades for the whole term to be available
for entry on the Web, select the Faculty Web Final Grades
checkbox in the Base Part of Term block.
For a specific class, if desired, select or clear the Display
Final Grades checkbox as appropriate to override the
setting in SOATERM.
