Implementation of the Full-Tidal Alternative would result in increases in traffic<br />

and operational noise that are similar to the impacts described above under the<br />

Project. As such, the permanent ambient noise impact of the Full-Tidal<br />

Alternative is considered potentially significant, and Mitigation Measure N-MM-<br />

1 would reduce this impact to a less than significant level.<br />

Conclusion: Less than Significant with Mitigation.<br />
