Casino and Resort Management<br />
Associate of Applied <strong>Science</strong>, (AAS.CRM)<br />
This program prepares students for entry level management<br />
positions in the casino and resort industry. There is an<br />
emphasis on tourism and developing tourism opportunities<br />
within the State of New Jersey.<br />
Graduates of this program should be able to:<br />
Maintain a working knowledge of casino and resort<br />
operation;<br />
Analyze the best hospitality practices;<br />
Demonstrate effective written and oral communication<br />
skills;<br />
Determine mathematically casino profits;<br />
Explain the basics of casino games;<br />
Identify the concepts of hotel operations;<br />
Interpret the social and economic impact of casino<br />
gamming;<br />
Obtain an entry level managers position in a hotel,<br />
