This program prepares students for transfer into<br />
baccalaureate programs leading to careers in fields such<br />
as industrial chemist, pharmaceutical chemist, medicine,<br />
pharmacy, and environmental technology.<br />
Graduates of this program should be able to:<br />
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of chemistry by<br />
analyzing information and solving problems.<br />
Have the skills required to work safely and effectively<br />
in a scientific laboratory.<br />
Discuss areas related to chemistry such as ethics,<br />
information technology, intellectual property and<br />
regulatory compliance.<br />
