M.Gorky in Capri and informs him of the preparationsfor publishing jointly with Plekhanov thelegal magazine Mysl.Lenin’s articles “Two Worlds”, “The Demonstrationon the Death of Muromtsev”, “Is This theTurn of the Tide?” and “L. Tolstoy” are publishedin No. 18 of Sotsial-Demokrat.Lenin in a letter “To the Comrades Studying atthe School in Bologna” refuses to read lecturesin Bologna and invites the students to come tocourses in Paris.In a letter to the C.C. R.S.D.L.P. Bureau AbroadLenin suggests the immediate remittance of 1,000rubles for the publication of the newspaper Zvezda.Lenin and other Bolsheviks submit a statementto the C.C. Bureau Abroad demanding the immediateconvocation of a plenary meeting of theCentral Committee.
