We were reminded towatch our heads while entering low doorways, <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> not to stumble over piles <strong>of</strong> stones, or water-drains; <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong>once <strong>Baba</strong> ordered a boy to st<strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> on a tree-stump in the middle <strong>of</strong> the road, so that we should not trip overit!At about six o'clock, <strong>Baba</strong> ordered us back to the men's ashram at <strong>Meher</strong>abad to wait for him, while hewent to visit the patients in a tuberculosis hospital nearby. He spelled out on his board, 'No expl<strong>an</strong>ations or discoursesc<strong>an</strong> compare <strong>with</strong> this personal contact. I feel that I am in all. It is <strong>Baba</strong> bowing down to <strong>Baba</strong>.' At onetime <strong>Baba</strong> motioned the Westerners to move out <strong>of</strong> the sun <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> sit near him in the shade.
