Interagency Integrated SOPUNCLASSIFIED6.2.2.1. Laptop Computer• The computer <strong>and</strong>/or hard drive must be properly marked with an SF 706 - TopSecret label, SF 707 - Secret label, or SF 708 - Confidential label, as applicable.• The computer must be turned off <strong>and</strong> all accessories needed for operationplaced inside the laptop carrying case.• Place the computer <strong>and</strong> all needed diskettes into the lockable container <strong>and</strong> lock.• Place no classification markings on the exterior of the locking container.However, attach an address label that identifies an appropriate address to whichthe case should be shipped in the event it is separated from the courier.6.2.2.2. Removable Hard Drive.• The hard drive will be properly marked with an SF 706 - Top Secret label, SF707 - Secret label, or SF 708 - Confidential label, as applicable.• The hard drive <strong>and</strong> any needed diskettes will be inserted into a protective casethat offers protection from visual inspection should the outer container beopened.• The protective case containing the hard drive <strong>and</strong> applicable diskettes will beplaced into a lockable container <strong>and</strong> locked.• Place no classification markings on the exterior of the locking container.However, attach an address label that identifies an appropriate address to whichthe case should be shipped in the event it is separated from the courier.6.2.2.3. Removable Media.• Ensure they are marked using an SF 706 - Top Secret label, SF 707 - Secretlabel, or SF 708 - Confidential label, as applicable.• Removable media will be packaged in accordance with paragraph 2 above.6.3. Transport of Classified Material Within an Activity or <strong>Office</strong>6.3.1.If required to transport classified material from one building to another via a public streetor road, courier authorization is required, <strong>and</strong> the material shall be packaged inaccordance with the requirements of this SOP.115Version 8.3Interim Approval April 28, 2006
