The Spectrum Manager assigned to the Communications LogisticsPlanning Manager coordinates JFO-internal spectrum-use matters in support ofoperability and interoperability. At the direction of the FECC and in coordination withthe JFO Operations Section, the Spectrum Manager assigns radio frequencies for use byJFO personnel and JFO-related facility (DRC, etc.) employees. As a technical expert, theSpectrum Manager helps to identify sources of JFO-related frequency interference andresolve interference problems.Reports to:• Communications Logistics Planning ManagerWorks with:• ESF #2 Frequency Manager• DHS Wireless Management Office (WMO) Frequency Manager• DHS/FEMA Information Technology Services Directorate, EnterpriseOperations, Disaster Operations SectionCommunications Resource Receiving and Distribution Manager.
