The ICMG also provides copying andprinting services.Reports to:• COMLWorks with:• DHS/FEMA Information Technology Services Directorate, EnterpriseOperations, Disaster Operations Section• JFO Finance/Administration SectionJFO Dispatcher. The JFO Dispatcher is assigned to the JFO CommunicationsCenter. The Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and transmitting radio andtelephone messages among and between personnel and to provide dispatch services atthe JFO operations Center.Reports to:• JFOCC ManagerWorks with:• JFO Operations Section• JFO PersonnelHelp Desk Operator. The Help Desk Operator is assigned to the JFOCommunications Center. The Help Desk Operator receives and refers customerrequests for IT assistance to the appropriate Logistics Section element in addition tologging and tracking dispositions of resulting actions.
