Interagency Integrated SOPUNCLASSIFIED<strong>and</strong> supports the <strong>Federal</strong> <strong>Emergency</strong> Communications Coordinator (FECC) of ESF #2, byproviding assets under COML control to meet ESF #2 requirements (if available) <strong>and</strong> byassisting ESF #2 logistics representatives with the ordering of resources.Reports to:• JFO Service Branch Director, Logistics SectionWorks with:• FECC for ESF #2• JFO <strong>Operations</strong> Section Chief• JFO Planning Section Chief• JFO Logistics Section Chief• JFO Finance/Administration Section Chief• State <strong>and</strong> Tribal Communications <strong>Office</strong>rs• ESF #1-15 Communications Unit LeadersAdministrative Assistant. Staff assigned to the JFO Communications Unit Leader toassist with administrative support (e.g., logistics, travel).Reports to:• COMLWorks with:• JFO Finance/Administration SectionCommunications Requirements Manager. When a requirement for PFO/FCO/JFOcommunications comes to the Communications Unit Leader, the requirement passes tothe Communications Requirements Manager, who logs <strong>and</strong> tracks individualrequirements throughout the logistics lifecycle. To fill the requirement, theCommunications Requirements Manager uses the DHS/FEMA TelecommunicationsInformation Management <strong>and</strong> Asset Control System (TIMACS), described at Tab 3. TheCommunications Requirements Manager works directly with the FECC <strong>and</strong> the ECT-Fassigned within the JFO <strong>Operations</strong> Section if the Communications Unit needs assistancefrom ESF #2 to meet the requirement.Reports to:• COMLWorks with:• JFO <strong>Operations</strong> Section• FECC for ESF #2Communications Requirements Processors.
