3.1 Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 to Continuing<br />

Education and Training Act, 2006<br />

establishment of public colleges i.e. TVET and CET, and a private college;<br />

establishment of the South African Institute for Vocational and Continuing Education and Training and<br />

provision for the composition, functions and functioning of the Institute; and<br />

provision of transitional arrangements and the repeal of the Adult Education and Training Act, 2000<br />
