Non performing students end up being bursary recipients numeracy b) Lecturer related: inappropriate or lack of pedagogical training unsuitable teaching and learning and management practices c) High staff turnover and the inability to recruit suitable teaching staff d) Curriculum related: outdated and the curricula are poorly formulated lack of systematic screening of teaching and learning materials 72
