5.1 Programme 1: Administration
5.1.1 Purpose
The purpose of the programme is to provide overall management and administration to the Department.
There are six budget sub-programmes:
Ministry
Department Management
Corporate Services
Internal Audit
5.1.2 Strategic Objectives
Ensure adherence to policies and standards on supply chain management services.
5.1.3 Signicant achievements during the 21415 nancial year
Operating Procedures on Recruitment and Selection is in process. The implementation is aimed at improving the
turn-around time on appointing staff.
