5.4 Programme 4: Vocational and Continuing Education and Training<br />

5.4.1 Purpose<br />

The purpose of the programme is to plan, develop, evaluate, monitor and maintain national policy, programmes,<br />

assessment practices and systems for vocational and continuing education and training, including TVET Colleges<br />

and post-literacy AET.<br />

There are four budget sub-programmes:<br />
