Similar information on the five elements of a human being can be found in other parts of
the world as well. They are contained in various religions and beliefs, even in such
syncretic (coming from the Greek word synkresis — “fusion”, synkretismos —
“junction”; in our case meaning the fusion of different religions into a single system)
religion as Voodoo. Thanks to mass media, this religion is now promoted around the
globe one-sidedly and in a negative form, therefore the majority of people associate its
representatives with black wizards and sorcerers. Voodoo initially appeared on Haiti
island (which is situated in the Caribbean Sea separating North and South Americas),
among a population whose ancestors had come from West African tribes and had been
delivered to the island by force as slaves. So, according to sacral views of Haiti island
inhabitants, the architecture of the human spiritual essence consists of five components,
namely: a physical body (which is an echo of the Right aspect knowledge); a spirit of
this body granted by the great Serpent named Dambala (which is an interpreted echo of
