thoughts and emotions over again, restores the state of peace of silence, the neutral
sensation of all four Aspects simultaneously.
Then the meditator proceeds to working with the Front aspect. This is definitely the
most pleasant part of the meditation. At first, just as usual, we switch our attention to
breathing, repeating the scheme of “Hara” filling with Qi energy through hand
chakrans and the subsequent movement of this energy along the spine to the ancient
brain centre (the conventional middle centre). However, now the Qi energy goes from
the ancient brain centre, through a point located in the middle between the eyebrows, to
the spherical centre of the Front aspect.
We concentrate on the spherical centre of the Front aspect, rotating it clockwise. At that
point, a clear interconnection with the solar plexus area, or more exactly with the Soul
as the centre of the human energy structure, will be sensed. As for the feelings, there
will be a burst of energy, a sensation of comfort, pleasant warmth, joy, detachment from
the material world, a contact with the spiritual world. The more the Front aspect centre
will be spinning, the stronger will be filling with such relevant sensations. This is a sort
of an emotional relief for a person. In this meditation, it is crucial to work with the Front
aspect last of all in order to acquire a state of stability, balanced mood and spiritual
surge generation. The meditator should not only finish the meditation with exactly such
all-embracing kind feeling and in a broadened perception state, but should preserve
those in his or her habitual state of consciousness. In this meditation, just life in
everyday life, it is important not only to stop the negative activation of the rear and
lateral Aspects, but also to learn to activate the Front aspect, to switch to the positive
consciousness and thinking mode in proper time.
The meditator finishes the meditation by the usual self-order: “Inhale-exhale, strongly
clench-unclench fists”. This meditation takes 20–30 minutes. At the initial stage, some
people might spend more time on it. It can be performed in the morning and in the
evening, or in the daytime, as the most convenient. The meditation helps to control the
flow of thoughts and feelings, to examine oneself and one’s emotional states. It is crucial
not simply to master the technique itself, but to discern one’s emotional surges
spontaneously arising during an ordinary day. While working on this meditation, a
person can check its efficiency in his or her everyday life, after he or she learns to
