of consciousness and to listen to “a spirit speaker” from the right or left side, and so on,
and so forth. At that, no such complicacies are needed for this practice performance, for
all those are human and extraneous. In this technique, at first stages you simply learn to
retune your mind, to follow and to manage your inner states, and later on certain
working aspects come into place… Generally speaking, since the ancient times, such
basic spiritual practices relating to the fundamental knowledge and human spiritual
