Thereafter, the meditator proceeds to examination of emotional surges generated by the
Rear aspect. For this, he or she first switches his or her attention to breathing and
focuses on the process of “Hara” filling, then turns attention to the Qi energy movement
from “Hara” along the spine to the ancient centre of the brain (the conventional middle
centre). However, now he or she already directs Qi energy through the occipital zone to
the spherical centre of the Rear aspect, thus activating the latter. At that, one should
bear in mind that the spherical centre of the Rear aspect can rotate in different directions
– both to the right (clockwise) and to the left (counter-clockwise). This depends on
feelings appearing (arising in one’s memory or dominating at that moment). Such
feelings are usually connected with the past experience and mighty emotional surges
upon predominance of one of the other Aspects, while the experience directly relates to
activation of a certain Aspect at that moment, most often of the Left or Right aspect (in
which case the Rear aspect’s spherical centre rotates counter-clockwise) or the Front
aspect (in this case the Rear aspect’s spherical centre rotates clockwise). These may be
feelings from the person’s present or past, or various visions, depending on the power of
the past emotional surges. The Rear aspect centre may also be sensed quite differently,
starting from the deadly cold and up to a gamut of warm, pleasant sensations.
Incidentally, upon intensive counter-clockwise spinning of the spherical centre of the
Rear aspect, there emerge, say, favourable conditions for the material thinking
predominance. And this is a pure physics of the multidimensional human structure.
Counter-clockwise rotation of the spherical centre of the Rear aspect almost always
causes a feeling of melancholy, despair, insignificance, scepticism, generates thoughts
like “I’m nothing and shall remain nothing until I die”, feelings of time transience and
doom. Conversely, if the spherical centre of the Rear aspect starts spinning clockwise,
this usually activates the experience of emotional surges generated by the Front aspect.
The latter is, in its turn, connected with the Soul and human spiritual development. In
such case, completely different sensations arise from the Rear aspect. Upon mastering of
this meditation, when a meditator is in such an “elevated state”, he or she is usually as if
“ejected” from the Rear aspect to the Front aspect, and the meditation continues with a
totally different quality. But so far we are speaking of a standard scheme, under which,
having worked with the Rear aspect, a person stops the rotation of this spherical centre
and returns to his or her conventional middle centre in his or her head. He or she calm
