For instance, let’s take Buddhism. At first glance, when you read the Buddhist
philosophy, it seems to you that this global religion underlines exactly the independent
learning by man of the world and himself, because the religion represents various
“enlightenment-guiding” practices for the masses which, by the way, have been formed
on the basis of teachings of other, more ancient Hindu religions. However, such
perception lasts only until you face the today’s reality in this religion as well as the
priest structure of this global institution. If a person cannot distinguish the Spiritual
nature from his or her Animal nature, if he or she does not notice the Animal mind’s
substitutions, it is difficult for him or her to understand where there are tricks, and what
significant difference is between Buddha’s initial teaching and the Buddhist religion
which has appropriated that teaching.
So, the four human Aspects are mentioned both in the all-Indian sacral tradition and the
Buddhist religious interpretation of Buddha’s teaching. The supreme knowledge on
meditative practices in Hindu and Buddhist religious teachings include: acquisition of
intuitive knowledge — the super-consciousness (in Sanskrit in Russian transcription it
sounds like “adhijna”, the world perception through a special altered state of
consciousness, the state of integrity, unification (“samadhi”). The intuitive knowledge
acquisition is interpreted as comprehension of the truth, the world unity, the
achievement of identity of the five categories: clairvoyance, super hearing, possession of
preternatural abilities, reading other people’s thoughts, memory of one’s past lives. It is
mentioned that a perfect man is capable of influencing this entire material world right up
to the seventh dimension or, as the Old Indian treatises say, “right up to Brahma’s
Heavens”, for the way to “the Brahma’s Heavens” starts with renouncing the attachment
for the Six Passion Worlds “of the circle of existence”…
Anastasia: In effect, such identity of the five categories represents the result of one’s
work with the four major Aspects and the centre (the Personality). As a matter of
fact, here we consider the outcome of a certain stage of a person’s spiritual work when
these Aspects are already under the person’s control, while the person approaches the
state of withdrawal from the six dimensions.
Rigden: Correct. A person who has work on self-improvement and has changed himself
