4.36.210 Boundaries.
The boundaries of the Parking and Business Improvement Area shall be the line designated on the map on file in
the Office of the City Clerk, (20% CZB Boundary) and the area within that boundary shall constitute the Parking and
Business Improvement Area. (Ord. 3463 §23, 1971.)
4.36.220 Severability.
If any section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter, or the application
thereof to any person or circumstances, is for any reason held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this chapter, or
the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby. The City Council
declares that it would have adopted this chapter, and each section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, sentence,
clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that one (1) or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, subparagraphs,
sentences, clauses or phrases, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid. (Ord. 3463
