DISTRIBUTING FOOD AND DRUG
SAMPLES AND ADVERTISING
9.40.020 With Sound Equipment.
It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the City, to deposit, or cause to be deposited, upon the
premises of another, without permission of the occupant, or upon any public street or place, any drug, nostrum or any
article of food as a sample, or for the purpose of advertisement. (Prior Code §32.2.)
9.40.020 With Sound Equipment.
It shall be unlawful for any person whether acting as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, to operate, place,
conduct or maintain upon or in any public street of and in the City, any advertising radio playing, phonograph
playing, loudspeaker using, noise producing, music playing or carrying vehicle, van or wagon operated merely for
advertising purposes. (Prior Code §32.3.)
