4.60.180 Performance of Work.
A. The City Council, by contract or otherwise, shall provide for the performance of all work ordered by it
pursuant to this Chapter, including the acquisition, installation, construction, extension, reconstruction, repair,
maintenance, operation, servicing, improvement or other enhancement of any public works.
B. All or any part of the public works may be acquired, installed, constructed, extended, reconstructed, repaired,
maintained, operated, serviced, improved or otherwise enhanced or owned by one or any combination of the
following:
(1) the City;
(2) any other public agency; or
(3) any public utility.
