ACTIVITIES 2.7 : REVISION OF PENSION CASES
(A) General Process:-
When case of pensioner who's P.P.O's has already been
issued is resubmitted by head of office for revision of
pension then J.D. office thoroughly examines the case
as per orders of Government and if necessary issues
revised P.P.O./ G.P.O./ Commutation authority as
recommended by head of office.
(B) Validation :- 1. Recommendation of head of office.
(C) Performer:-
2. Orders of F.D. or G.A.D.
3. Orders of court if any.
4. Any other justified reasons as per rules.
5. Previous authority of pension order.
