5) To prepare a list of employees retiring within 2 years.<br />

4) CONFIRMATION:-<br />

(A) General Process :-<br />

• As per provisions given in General conditions of service &<br />

Departmental Regulations of each cadre, each employee has to be<br />

confirmed in Govt. Service, after serving the Govt. for a specified<br />

period of time and availability of permanent post.<br />

• For this purpose a committee is set up, similar to one required for a<br />

DPC, which after perusing the CR's of the employees in the zone of<br />

consideration, decides which employees are fit to be confirmed in<br />

Govt. Services.<br />

• After confirmation, required changes are made in the Gradation list<br />

and service records.<br />

(B) Validations:-<br />

1) Govt. orders/ other orders issued from time to time.<br />

2) Recommendation of confirmation committee.<br />

3) Gradation List.<br />

4) Clearance of Deptt. examination before completing probation<br />

period.<br />
