Brown 5 Banana recipes 1 Banana fluff 2 Ingredients: • 4 large bananas • 1 tablespoon honey • 1 / 4 teaspoon cinnamon • ice-cream cones to serve Method: 1. Peel bananas, place on a tray and freeze for 2 to 3 hours (bananas will be frozen but not completely hard). 2. Cut frozen bananas into chunks and place in food processor. Beat until bananas are thick and creamy. (This takes about 5 to 8 minutes.) 3. Add honey and cinnamon. 4. Serve in an ice-cream cone or as a dessert. 3 Banana chips Ingredients: • 4 bananas Method: 1. Peel bananas and cut into thin, even slices. 2. Place slices on greased oven tray. 3. Bake in hot oven (250 °C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp. 4. Allow to cool on tray. Banana pops Ingredients: • 1 / 4 cup orange juice • 10 ripe bananas • 1 / 2 cup Rice Bubbles • 10 craft sticks Method: 1. Pour orange juice into dish. 2. Spread Rice Bubbles on board or clean bench and crush with rolling pin. 3. Peel bananas and dip in juice. 4. Roll bananas in crushed Rice Bubbles . 5. Insert a craft stick into base of each banana.
