If the mixture does not hold together, add the orange juice. 3. Put the cinnamon and then coconut into a cup. Mix well and spread onto kitchen paper. 4. Use your hands to roll a teaspoonful of the mixture into small balls. You should make approximately 20 balls. 5. Roll each ball in the coconut mixture to coat. 6.
