Yellow 10 Floating egg tricks If you put a fresh egg into a glass of water, it sinks to the bottom. Read the instructions below to see how you can make an egg float! Trick 1 You will need: • a fresh egg • teaspoon • salt • glass of water What to do: Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Add 10 teaspoons of salt to the glass of water. Stir with the teaspoon until the salt is dissolved. Put the egg into the water. Watch the egg float! This next trick will make the egg float halfway up! Trick 2 You will need: • the egg in the glass of water from Trick 1 • teaspoon • tap water What to do: Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Step 5. ©R.I.C.
