Green 3 Go Blue! 1 2 3 4 5 Each year we have a sports day at school. Yesterday, it was our sports day for this year. Every class was there, even the smallest kids. Like last year, it was on the school sportsground. We sat with our sports groups in big tents. My sports group wears blue. Mum let me put blue hair spray in my hair! We cheered and sang songs for our team. There were lots of different races. Some of them were running races. Others were funny, like the sack race. People had to jump in big sacks. It was funny because lots of people fell over. Some of the teachers did the sack race, too. I laughed so hard when my teacher, Ms Mack, fell over! I was in two races. One was a relay. I ran with three other kids from Blue group against other kids from our class. We came third out of seven teams! That was pretty good. ©R.I.C.
