Action taken: Program Director attended two conferences (February and November 2018) Objective 3.9 - Lack of assurance that the program evaluates program faculty and clinical instructor performance and shares evaluation results regularly to assure instructional responsibilities are performed. Action taken: First report submitted to all clinical sites during Summer of 2018. A revised clinical instructor evaluation put in place January 2019. Objective 5.2 - Lack of assurance that the program documents the following program effectiveness data: Graduate and Employer satisfaction Note: The program has only two graduating classes. The program collects these data on the following schedule: Graduate Survey – 6 months after graduation; Employee Survey – 1 year after graduation. At this time, the program doesn’t have five years of data as required. The Program has a revised assessment plan. Will continue to improve. Objective 5.4 - Lack of assurance that the program analyzes and shares student learning outcome data and program effectiveness data to foster continuous program improvement. Action taken: Effectiveness data report is on the College webpage, data results are discussed with advisory board and clinical preceptors for feedback. Mid-term report will be submitted on April 19, 2019 JRCERT final decision will be receive by May, 2019. Occupational Therapy Assistant, ACOTE 2018 The program is fully accredited.
