Baglini Group,
in the year
in which the
company
celebrates its
50 th anniversary,
has set up a
new company,
dedicated to
systems for the removal of architectural
barriers: Accesslift by Baglini officially
started business in January 2023 and is
focused on the business of lifts designed for
the specific needs of people with reduced
mobility due to disability or age.
Accesslift offers a range of products to meet
all the needs of potential buyers, from the
small chair or stair lift to the vertical lift
platform for travel of up to 3 metres.
For each type of product, several choices
are available in terms of finish and therefore
price.

ufficialmente avviato la sua attività a gennaio

elevatori pensati per le esigenze specifiche
delle persone con ridotta mobilità a causa
di disabilità o per l’età. Accesslift offre una
gamma di prodotti che consente di soddisfare
tutte le esigenze dei potenziali acquirenti,
dalla poltroncina o pedana servoscale, fino
alla piattaforma elevatrice verticale per corse
fino a 3 metri. Per ogni tipologia di prodotto
sono disponibili diverse scelte in termini di
finiture e quindi di prezzo.

TRUCKS
The book ʻThe History of the Pallet and the
Forklift - A Fascinating and Indissoluble
Interweaveʼ has been released. Written
by Davide Lega (lecturer,
consultant, popularizer on
Logistics/Warehouse and Lean
Manufacturing topics), the
book traces the worldwide
history of two tools that have
made workersʼ work simpler,
easier, more rational and less
tiring. Not since 1850 has a
book been published on the
subject. Amidst anecdotes,
characters and stories, the
book will recount the origins,
starting from 1797, and reveal
who were the inventors and
the companies that developed
the pallet and especially the
forklift truck from the mid-19th
century, highlighting the genius
of the men (inventors, entrepreneurs, engineers
and self-taught) and the determination of the
companies that created and developed them with
their perseverance. The publication is enriched
by an unprecedented iconographic part,
consisting of period photographs and images
of the original project drawings. The author, in
his fifth book, had until now published technical
volumes dedicated to company logistics.

È uscito il libro ʻStoria del pallet e del
carrello elevatore - Un intreccio affascinante e
indissolubileʼ. Scritto da Davide Lega (docente,
consulente, divulgatore
sulle tematiche relative a
Logistica/Magazzino e Lean
Manufacturing), il libro
ripercorre la storia mondiale
di due strumenti che hanno
reso il lavoro degli operai più
semplice, agevole, razionale e
meno faticoso. È dal 1850 che
non veniva pubblicato un libro
sull’argomento. Tra aneddoti,
personaggi e storie il libro
racconterà, a partire dal 1797,
le origini, svelerà chi sono stati
gli inventori e le aziende che
hanno sviluppato il pallet e
soprattutto il carrello elevatore
da metà del XIX Secolo,
mettendo in risalto il genio
degli uomini (inventori, imprenditori, ingegneri
e autodidatti) e la determinazione delle imprese
che con la loro perseveranza li hanno creati
e sviluppati. La pubblicazione è arricchita da
un’inedita parte iconografica, composta da
fotografie d’epoca e immagine dei disegni dei
progetti originali. L’autore, al suo quinto libro,
fino ad ora aveva pubblicato volumi tecnici
dedicati alla logistica aziendale.
