our sustainability strategy starts with our<br />

core business where our impact is greatest.<br />

Fish is a good example: in 2011, we<br />

adopted a <strong>Group</strong>-wide purchasing policy<br />

that covers all segments of the supply<br />

chain. We support sustainable fishery and<br />

aquaculture, among other things, and actively<br />

promote environmentally conscious<br />

fishing methods (1). We provide quality assurance<br />

(3, 5), optimise logistics processes<br />

(2, 4), foster the use of climate-friendly<br />

cooling agents (6), and develop and promote<br />

seals for improved labelling and<br />

tracing to provide for a sustainable, customer-focused<br />

product range.<br />
