2.7 Liability for Assigned ICAs and BINs<br />

If an approved application for issuance of a payment card or device indicates<br />

the applicant’s preference, by way of a checkmark or otherwise, to be issued a<br />

Card, then the Issuer must issue a Card.<br />

2.7 Liability for Assigned ICAs and BINs<br />

Each Principal or Association is responsible to the Corporation and to all other >><br />

Customers for Transactions arising from the use of the ICA(s)/BIN(s) that<br />

the Corporation assigns to the Principal or Association. Neither a Principal<br />

or Association nor any of its Sponsored Affiliates may use the Principal's or<br />

Association's BIN to issue Cards other than as specified by the Corporation.<br />

2.8 Obligations of a Sponsor<br />

2.9 Name Change<br />

Each Principal or Association must advise the Corporation promptly if an<br />

Affiliate ceases to be Sponsored by the Principal or Association or changes its<br />

name or has a transfer of Ownership or Control.<br />

The Corporation must receive written notice at least sixty (60) calendar days<br />

before the effective date of any proposed Customer name change. A Customer<br />

that proposes to change its name must promptly undertake necessary or<br />

appropriate action to ensure that its Participation and License(s) and Activities<br />

disclose the true identity of the Customer.<br />
