3.11 Pay-Per-Call Service<br />

The use of a “900” or other “pay-per-call” telephone service to offer or solicit<br />

for any Activity is prohibited.<br />

3.12 Encashment of <strong>MasterCard</strong> Travelers Cheques<br />

3.13 Account Access<br />

Each Customer must encash <strong>MasterCard</strong>® Travelers Cheques issued in any<br />

currency when presented for payment at any of its locations, provided:<br />

1. Such encashment is permitted by law; and<br />

2. The Customer has the ability (including a foreign exchange capability,<br />

with respect to a currency other than U.S. currency <strong>MasterCard</strong> Travelers<br />

Cheques presented for encashment) to encash such cheques as a result of<br />

the business it normally conducts at a location.<br />

If the encashing Customer encashes any other brand of travelers cheques at a<br />

location, the Customer may impose terms and conditions for the encashment of<br />

<strong>MasterCard</strong> Travelers Cheques that it uses to encash other brands of travelers<br />

cheques.<br />
