En la bodega de frío tenemos dos tipos de almacenamiento:<br />
refrigeración y congelación.<br />
Refrigeración se almacenan los siguientes tipos de productos:<br />
Lácteos: leche, mantequilla, queso, yogurt, crema, etc.<br />
Frutas y Verduras: productos frescos; naranjas, toronjas, uvas,<br />
frutillas, lechuga, tomates, cebollas de varios tipos, etc.<br />
Productos avícolas (huevos).<br />
Embutidos: jamón, mortadela, salchichas, etc.<br />
Congelación productos de uso mas delicado requieren ser<br />
almacenados a temperaturas más bajas estos son:<br />
Carnes de todo tipo: ternera, cerdo, res, borrego, riñones, etc.<br />
Mariscos, pescados y frutos del mar : corvina, bagre, camarones,<br />
etc.<br />
