O Albamar, por toda sua história, é um ícone da cidade e da culinária carioca.<br />
Especializado em peixes e frutos do mar, tornou-se uma referência gastronômica<br />
ao longo de várias décadas. E hoje, o restaurante, que está instalado na única torre<br />
que restou do antigo Mercado Municipal da Praça XV, passa por uma intensa renovação.<br />
A cozinha, totalmente reformada e com equipamentos de última geração,<br />
está sob o comando dos chefs Luiz Incao e Adilson Batista. É de lá que saem as<br />
receitas criativas que compõem o cardápio da casa. O salão do restaurante, também<br />
reformulado recentemente, conta com projeto arquitetônico de Chicô Gouvêa<br />
e iluminação de Peter Gasper e com uma vista exuberante da Baía de Guanabara<br />
com a Ilha Fiscal em primeiro plano.<br />

The Albamar, throughout its history, is an icon of the city and cuisine in Rio. Specializing<br />
in fish and seafood, it has been a gastronomic reference for several decades. And today,<br />
the restaurant, which is located in the only remaining tower of the old Mercado Municipal<br />
da Praça XV, goes through an intense renovation. The kitchen is fully renovated with the<br />
latest equipment, and is under the command of the chefs and Incao Luiz and Adilson Batista.<br />
From there, leaving the creative recipes that make up the menu of the house. The restaurant<br />
hall, also recently redesigned, includes architectural design and lighting of Chicô Gouvêa and<br />
Peter Gasper and show a breathtaking view of Guanabara Bay with the Fiscal Island in the<br />
