Para vocês entenderem um pouco da história do Amir, ele era antes conhecido<br />
com o nome de Canadian Shop, uma Deli com produtos importados, que ao<br />
poucos foi virando restaurante. Mas a paixão dos proprietários pela cozinha árabe<br />
falou mais alto. Aos poucos foram surgindo algumas mesinhas, kibes, esfihas,<br />
famosos pratos do dia. Bastou isso para dar um pulo! Hoje podemos dizer que<br />
o Amir é um dos mais tradicionais restaurantes árabes do Rio de Janeiro. Tem<br />
o maior cuidado de selecionar todos os temperos e manter a qualidade da cozinha.<br />
No Amir você encontra deliciosos pratos como arroz com cordeiro, kibe cru,<br />
shawarma, sanduíche de falafel, homus e entre outros. Possuem dois ambientes<br />
agradabilíssimos onde se pode desfrutar o melhor da culinária árabe. Nesses 10<br />
anos do Amir, vários prêmios e indicações já foram conquistados: O Globo | Rio<br />
Show: Melhor restaurante árabe em 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009,<br />

To understand a little bit of Amir´s history, it was previously known under the name of<br />
Canadian Shop, a store where you could find imported products. Over time that little store was<br />
becoming into restaurant. The love of the owners for Arabic cuisine was bigger. In the course<br />
of time, some tables, menu of the day, kibes and esfihas were coming. Today we can say that<br />
Amir is one of the most traditional Arabic restaurants in Rio de Janeiro. They are very careful to<br />
select all the spices and maintain the quality of their kitchen. In Amir you find delicious dishes<br />
like rice with lamb, raw kibe, shawarma, falafel sandwich, homus and a lot more. Amir counts<br />
with two pleasant floors where you can enjoy the best of Arab cuisine. Several awards and<br />
nominations have been conquered by Amir over 10 years of restaurant: O Globo | Rio Show:<br />
Best Arabic Cuisine in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and the award of<br />
“Hors Concours”; Gula Magazine: Best Arabic cuisine in 2004, 200 5, 2006 and the award of<br />
