he is elected after election he should declare his right, he should declare his action and should not should be a form four leaver.
And finally that is on the Legislature. Members of Parliament should declare their assets immediately after elections they are
declared the winners. You know before election how do you know who he is. We don’t know who he is. He should declare his

On judiciary the Chief Justice post should be advertised that is, sorry I am repeating myself it should be retricted to two years.
After two terms five year. Yes the Chief Justice judges should be appointed on the same procedure that is Members of
Parliament appoint. what the president appoints has been effected by the five panel judges who came to propose an issue of the
Judiciary. They suggested that a Ministry of Judiciary should be created. I totally oppose that why because if we created the
Minister for Justice? the executive will have no more power to influencethe Judiciary, through the minister that not arise.
On local authority mayors and chairman elected directly and to declare their wealth immediately on election same applies to
clerk county council he should declare also his wealth on land distribution it should be distributed free and farely by the
committee which will be formed by the elders in conjuction to the county concil. On proffesion administration they should be
restructured and the appointment to be appointed by special bodies formed within the parliament because we see an issue of
the DC being appointed by the president then he just becomes the tool of the president it should not arise. Then on counting of
election I propose it should be counted at the polling station it should be no trasfer of votes or the ballot voting.
