5) RECORD <strong>OF</strong> CONFIDENTIAL REPORTS :-<br />

(A) General Process :-<br />

• Every employee's work is evaluated according to his abilities &<br />

Performance for every financial year.<br />

• In case of Class IV & non-executive class III employees the CR's are<br />

written in the Proforma prescribed directly by the reporting officer by<br />

the 15th of April each year.<br />

• It is presented to the reviewing officer who in turn forwards it to the<br />

accepting officer by 15th May of the year.<br />

• In case of Class III executive, Class II & Class-I employees, the<br />

employees has to present in the proforma prescribed before the<br />

reporting officer a summary of the work he has performed during the<br />

year.<br />

• The reporting officer gives his comments by 15th of April of the<br />

following year & forwards it to reviewing officer who forwards it to<br />

the accepting office by the 15 of May.<br />

• Final comments have to be given by accepting officer.<br />
