Objective
The new St.Galler Leadership Model shows
you techniques which have been proven in
practice to strengthen the personal impact of
leaders. We have developed internationally
recognized concepts, which methodically improve
energy and focus in companies.
The seminar systematically deals with leadership
on three levels:
• Self-management for leaders:
On the first day we introduce you to innovative
concepts, methods and tools, with
which you can become more resolute with
a more decisive willpower, and thereby
raise your personal leadership impact.
• Leading direct reports and teams.
To be equipped for the market, leaders are
responsible to pro-actively drive innovation
and growth as well as deal professionally
with crises. To meet these responsibilities
you will learn and work with concepts for
inspiring, results-oriented and problemoriented
leadership as well as for leading
high performance teams.
• Raising the energy of the entire organisation:
The third core topic of the seminar shows
how you can work with the energy of the
company as a whole, in order to generate
high performance and fitness in the organisation.
Structure
The seminar is built around a special methodological-pedagogical
approach: you work
together with both scientific experts and
experienced coaches. The scientific experts developed
the new St.Galler Leadership Model,
tested and polished it empirically and applied
it in a wide range of business situations. The
coaches utilise effective and practical training
methods.
